E-portfolio

 At AdVENTURE S.T.E.M. I had two core classes.  One class was Social Studies and the other is ELA.   These were fun because we not only learned, but we did some fun projects and visited cool interactive sites.

  In social studies I did interactive learning  on a site called mission-us.org.  On Mission US, I had to control a digital person through their life during an important part of history.  I learned about people from the times of  slavery and many more historical events. I also did a play with my class mates.  The play was set during the time of the American Revolution. 

  In ELA I used a site called typingweb.com.  Typing web is a site that I had to type what I saw on the screen as fast and as accurate as I could.  I had to be careful on how fast I was typing because if I made a mistake, I would

 get a lower percentage when I was done.  You have to get up to 100% to finish.  All this was turned in automatically, so that way my teacher could keep track of my progress.
